Justinian I, 527-565. Half Siliqua (?) (Silver, 12 mm, 0.89 g, 5 h), Ravenna, circa 552-565. D N IVSTINIANVS P P AG Diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Justinian I to right. Rev. Large staurogram set on globe and flanked by two six-pointed stars; all within wreath. DOC 339. MIBE 78. SB 320. Beautifully toned. Minor flan crack, otherwise, good very fine.
